Ruby Jean Cottle is a mother of two and writer from Sydney, Australia. Over the last decade, Ruby has professionally worked in the fields of digital media, content creation, and branding. During this time, she has also personally navigated undiagnosed endometriosis and what it means to live with a condition that is mostly invisible to others. Ruby's medical journey and sense of isolation eventually led her to reconnect with her first love: writing. Her creative process—which she describes as channeling— inspired her upcoming debut sci-fi + paranormal novel, Black River (Simon & Schuster Australia).
